Columbus's Most Trusted Cleaning Team
We're not just another cleaning company. We're your neighbors — a locally-owned Columbus team built on integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to leaving every space spotless.
Our Story — Built on Higher Standards
Top Tier Cleaning was founded right here in Columbus, Ohio, with one driving belief: every home and business deserves a cleaning company that shows up on time, does the job right, and treats your space with the same care and respect you do. We saw a gap in the local market — too many cleaning companies cutting corners, relying on inconsistent staffing, and leaving customers wondering if they got what they paid for.
We built Top Tier Cleaning to be different. From day one, our mission has been simple: deliver an elite, consistent, and genuinely trustworthy cleaning experience to every Columbus household and business we serve. 'Top Tier' isn't just our name — it's the standard we hold ourselves to on every single visit.
Today we proudly serve homeowners, apartment residents, small businesses, medical offices, schools, and commercial properties across Columbus and the surrounding suburbs. Every member of our team is background-checked, professionally trained, and personally committed to the quality our customers expect and deserve.
The Values That Drive Every Clean
These aren't posters on a wall — they're the principles our team lives by every time we enter your home or workplace.
Integrity First
We do what we say we'll do. No shortcuts, no hidden charges, no excuses. You get the same dedicated quality on visit fifty as you got on visit one.
Attention to Detail
We train our teams to see what others miss — baseboards, grout lines, cabinet tops, light switches. The details are exactly where the difference shows.
Reliability You Can Count On
Consistent scheduling, on-time arrivals, and clear communication mean you never have to wonder. We show up — because your time matters.
Eco-Conscious Practices
We use professional-grade, environmentally responsible cleaning products that are tough on grime and safe for your family, pets, and the planet.
Professional Credentials — Your Peace of Mind
Every member of the Top Tier Cleaning team is vetted, trained, and held to standards that most cleaning companies don't even attempt. Here's what that means for you.
Background-Checked Professionals
Every team member undergoes a thorough background check before their first day on the job. Your safety and security are our baseline — not an afterthought.
Professionally Trained
Our cleaners complete a structured onboarding and ongoing skills training program covering cleaning techniques, product safety, communication, and professional conduct in your home or business.
Fully Licensed & Insured
Top Tier Cleaning is fully licensed and carries comprehensive liability insurance. In the rare event something goes wrong, you're protected — and so are we.
Quality Assurance Process
Every cleaning visit concludes with a final walkthrough and quality inspection checklist. We don't consider a job done until it meets our Top Tier standard.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If something isn't right, we'll return and make it right — no hassle, no charge. Your satisfaction isn't a marketing promise. It's our policy.
Responsive Customer Support
Real humans answer your calls and messages. Scheduling, questions, feedback — our team is here to make every interaction as smooth as the clean we deliver.
Rooted in Columbus
Top Tier Cleaning is proudly locally owned and operated. We're not a franchise with a call center two states away — we're your neighbors, and the Columbus community is our home. That connection drives everything we do, from the care we put into each clean to the way we show up for our customers.
We're committed to supporting our local economy by hiring Columbus-area team members and partnering with local suppliers wherever possible. Every booking with Top Tier Cleaning keeps dollars in the Columbus community — and puts local people to work in good, reliable jobs.
We also take our environmental responsibility seriously. Our eco-friendly product choices reflect our belief that a cleaner home shouldn't come at the cost of a cleaner planet. We continuously evaluate our cleaning solutions for safety, effectiveness, and environmental impact.
